UI Designer
If you are an autonomous, self-motivated, and self-driven UI Designer that is constantly looking for growth opportunities, this role is the perfect match for you. In the UI Design team, you will find learning is a constant, therefore it is important to stay on top of graphic tendencies and be willing to propose ideas.
UI Designer Musts:
- Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and any other methods to effectively communicate interaction design ideas.
- Present and defend design decisions. All design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as on design thinking and fundamental principles such as color theory, visual weight, etc.
- Continually keep himself and the design team updated with the latest changes in the industry.
- Have hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, micro-interactions, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Have experience using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, InVision.
- Be accurate and pay special attention to detail.
- Design pixel perfect interfaces.
- Be experienced designing for web and mobile.
- Have excellent knowledge of design and interaction principles.
- Understand branding, typography, and color theory.
- Be able to create style guides / UI Kit.
- Understand basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Ideally have knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and UX practices.
- Have experience working in an agile/scrum development environment.
- Be open to receiving feedback and improving upon it.
- Have excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish.
