Perficient is currently looking for for a Project Manager who will be the lead of a Global Delivery Team and interface with Client executives, other PMs, and stakeholders. They will be responsible of the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization.
What do you need to come aboard?
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Leader, Program Manager, Project Portfolio Leader, or equivalent.
- Experience managing systems for project and people management such as timecards approval, budgeting, project invoicing, people monitoring, etc.
- Experience with IT industry projects and exposure to Technology within the projects from a high-level perspective.
- 5+ years of experience supporting client process optimization and change management. (is a plus)
- Experience managing program and product roadmap, features, planning dates and milestones, assignees, sprint pre-plannings (is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in all domains of project management including working in an Agile project environment.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Advanced English level.
To Rock This Role, You Should:
- Represent the team in front of client executives and major stakeholders.
- Escalate, communicate, negotiate, persuade, etc. on the needed aspects of the client, team, and company areas of scope.
- Be actively 'in charge' of the team in a hybrid work environment (waterfall-agile)
- Own and maintain the mapping of product features vs sprints vs assignees and provide visibility to the client.
- Reporting and visibility of relevant aspects of the program, product and project to client and company stakeholders
- Team's timecards approvals
- Month-end client invoicing process
- Project Budget management - preventing any budget issues, follow up on people performance and hours consumed, manage over-time needs/exceptions, etc.
- Manage the project assignments and support shift coverage according to the client and team needs.
- Manage a Global team of based in US, India and LatAm.
- Manage quarterly budgeting cycles with the client.
