Scrum Master

We’re looking for Scrum Masters to work with a high-profile client in the US. You’ll be working in an agile environment and should have excellent communication and management skills, both with the client and the team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the team follows agile practices, mentoring and motivating the team to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. As a Scrum Master, you’ll:

  • Artboard Coach and support the team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
  • Artboard Help the product owner and development team to constantly add value to the client engagement and achieve the client’s objectives.
  • Artboard Remove impediments to delivery and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
  • Artboard Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
  • Artboard Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
  • Artboard Identify areas for improvement and areas of strengths within the team to ensure high performance.
  • Artboard Coach the team in self-organization, cross-functional skillsets, domain knowledge and more.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Artboard High level of conversational English. You will be communicating with North American clients.
  • Artboard Experience working with software development teams under agile methodologies. You should be aligned with agile values and principles.
  • Artboard Solid knowledge and experience managing agile ceremonies like daily’s and retrospectives as well as presenting metrics.
  • Artboard Knowledge of the SDLC and modern engineering practices.
  • Artboard Interest in helping others grow as people and professionals, you’ll be the primary guide and champion of the team.
  • Artboard Ability to detect risks and communicate them assertively and quickly.
  • Artboard Ability to provide sound judgment and quick feedback to the team and client.
