Perficient is currently looking to add a dynamic and talented Scrum Master to our Development team. Ideal candidates will works closely with all Product Owner and other stakeholders to schedule and organize sprint ceremonies and team related events. If selected you will be working with talented global teams consisting of architects, developers, UI/UX, testers, delivery managers among other key roles in IT projects.

What do you need to come aboard?

  • Artboard Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline (computer science, software, or related field of study) and 3 years of product or project development experience, and at least 1 year of project development experience on an Agile team.
  • Artboard Scrum Master certification.
  • Artboard Experience as PO/BA/PM is a PLUS.
  • Artboard Experience with SDLC tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.
  • Artboard Demonstrated ability in creation and review of project documentation.
  • Artboard Guide and coach, the Scrum team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to the customers.
  • Artboard Provide guidance to Product Owner and team on maintaining backlog and sprint planning.
  • Artboard Provide support and coach the team on effective work breakdown, estimation, and planning.
  • Artboard Facilitate preparation and readiness for Program Iteration (PI) planning and follow-up.
  • Artboard Ensure strong collaboration with Scrum Coordinators (Scaled Scrum) and Software Quality Assurance.
  • Artboard English C1+

  • Artboard Facilitate team meetings, daily stand-up, iteration and sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.
  • Artboard Aid with communication, improving transparency.
  • Artboard Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, and other scrum techniques.
